Michael Kalish
American sculptor born in 1973 in Atlanta, he lives and works in Los Angeles. His favorite materials, vintage car bodywork and license plates, have gone from the dump to the museum and from the garages to the living room wall. Since 2011 Michael Kalish has begun a major turning point in his work by making sculptures and installations often monumental, the best known of which is: "reALIse" designed using 1300 boxing punch bags, paying tribute to Mohammed Ali
