Galerie I.D was founded in 1995 in Geneva by Isabelle Dunkel. After 23 years she choses to close the gallery in Geneva and sets up a showroom in Martigny (Wallis). Galerie ID becomes partially itinerant and exhibits her artists in cultural and art centers.
Galerie I.D presents artists mainly stemming from the Pop and after pop movement.
Isabelle Dunkel has built a strong relationship with her artists whom she has selected both for their picturial approach and the excellency of their technique.
The gallery offers as well prints, of worldwide famous American and English artists such as Tom Wesselmann, Alex Katz or Julian Opie to name a few.
